Neil Hutton is a solicitor in McVeagh Fleming’s Litigation team, based in the firm’s Auckland CBD office, where he assists clients across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.

Neil is drawn to the problem-solving and strategic nature of litigation and enjoys working through complex issues to deliver clear, practical advice. He takes a considered, detail-focused approach to each matter and is committed to achieving efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

Neil works alongside senior practitioners on matters including contractual disputes, tort claims, employment matters, and other litigation and dispute resolution issues.
