Alissa specialises in three areas: Family Law, Mediation, and Criminal and Traffic Matters.

In Family Law, she provides advice and representation for all areas including:

As a Mediator, she is an accredited member of the New Zealand Law Society (NZLS) panel of family law specialists. She is available to mediate any type of family law dispute and is also an approved Family Dispute Resolution (RDR) mediator.

In Criminal and Traffic Matters, she offers advice on what to do at any stage of criminal proceedings, from providing a statement to sentencing and work licenses.

Background

Alissa studied at the University of Waikato, regularly attending summer school each year. During her final summer school, she studied at the University of Canterbury. Afterwards, she worked in Christchurch for eight and a half years before joining McVeagh Fleming in 2011.

In addition to her love of travel, Alissa also has a passion for live music and the arts.
