Claire Vordermann is an Associate Solicitor with over 10 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Law and Commercial Property.
Her expertise spans a broad range of commercial and general practice services, including business acquisitions, franchises, residential and commercial developments, finance, commercial conveyancing, leases, construction contracts, and business structuring (such as shareholders’ agreements, terms of trade, buy-sell agreements, master services agreements, limited partnerships, joint ventures, and trading trusts).
Claire’s recent experience includes advising on a $6 million subdivision and decontamination of commercial land, including compliance with soil remediation plans; providing ongoing legal services to limited partnerships involving the global issue and sale of units; advising on the acquisition and development of culturally significant land with heritage and geotechnical considerations; and acting for a franchisee in the purchase of a national petrol franchise, including negotiating a comprehensive 15-year lease with the franchisor.
