George commenced his legal career in South Africa in 2006. He began practice as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa before joining the independent Bar in 2010, where he practised as a barrister sole (Advocate) until relocating to New Zealand in 2018.
George is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Albany and works primarily with Partner James Turner. He has extensive and diverse litigation experience across a broad range of practice areas, with a particular focus on construction and property‑related disputes.
His experience includes construction dispute resolution, commercial contracts, property disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, company law (including directors’ duties and shareholder disputes), and debt recovery.
George is fluent in three languages: English, Greek, and Afrikaans.
