About

Ben is a senior property and business lawyer who has been with McVeagh Fleming since 2018.

He advises clients on commercial and residential property transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions and the property aspects of corporate deals. His corporate and commercial work includes share, asset and limited partnership sales, general corporate advisory, commercial contracts, financing transactions and corporate restructures. He also acts for rural clients on a wide range of commercial and property matters, and incorporated societies on amendments to their constitutions, rights and obligations and governance issues.

Ben thrives on the breadth of matters he advises on and takes a practical, outcome-focused approach to achieving client objectives.
