About

Ben graduated in 2013 and after travelling for couple of years and working as a law clerk he was admitted to the Bar in 2016.

After gaining some general experience in property and civil litigation practices including a short stint in California, Ben joined Fleming Foster Solicitors in October 2018, which subsequently merged with McVeagh Fleming in October 2019.

Ben works closely with Paul Foster on a range of transactions including commercial and residential conveyancing, company matters and contracts, commercial leasing, and private client work including wills, trusts, EPOA’s.

Ben has an outgoing personality and enjoys working closely with clients in achieving best possible outcome.

Outside interests

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends. He has a longstanding association with the Glen Innes Citizen's Advice Bureau, where he enjoys serving his local community.
