Jasmine Daroch

Jasmine joined McVeagh Fleming in April 2023 and specialises in commercial property and subdivisions. Having grown up in Pukekohe, Jasmine has regularly assisted rural clients with commercial rural legal work (including farm leases, property development and acquisition agreements under the Public Works Act).

Jasmine's experience includes the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial and residential property transactions, subdivisions and property development (commercial, residential and rural property), lease transactions, and advising on commercial contracts. In addition, she is experienced in estate planning (trusts, wills and powers of attorney).
