Vincent joined McVeagh Fleming in November 2020 as a law clerk and was admitted to the Bar in August 2020. He is part of the Litigation and Disputes Resolution practice in Albany and primarily works with Partner, James Turner.
Vincent helps businesses and private individuals understand and abide by their current or intended obligations in order to:
• avoid future disputes before they arise; or
• advise and assist them through any disputes that arise.
Vincent will analyse a problem and suggest practical steps to address it appropriately, by applying relevant legal concepts, assessing risk and finding solutions. Full communication is essential to provide a satisfactory service and Vincent takes pride in his thorough communication with clients throughout the process of dispute resolution. His aim is to assist the client in taking steps which are in their best interests and until the problem is resolved.
Outside of work Vincent enjoys general exercise including badminton and hiking.
