Kelly Angell

Kelly Angell is an Associate, Registered Legal Executive and Fellow of Legal Executives New Zealand, with 16 years’ experience in property law. Based in McVeagh Fleming’s Manukau office, she has a particular focus on residential property and manages a broad range of conveyancing, property finance, subdivision and related private client property matters.

Kelly advises clients on residential sales and purchases, refinancing, subdivisions, off-the-plan and new-build purchases, unit title developments, trust-owned property and ownership structures. She works with first-home buyers, homeowners, investors and developers, guiding them through everything from agreements and due diligence to financing, title issues and settlement.

Known for her practical and straightforward approach, Kelly focuses on making property transactions as clear and manageable as possible. She is experienced in identifying potential issues early, coordinating with agents, lenders, brokers, developers and other advisers, and finding practical solutions when complications arise.

Kelly also supervises junior members of the property team and has built longstanding relationships with clients and professional referrers across the property sector.
