Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Helping individuals resolve civil disputes.
Civil disputes are a fact of life. Prolonged and expensive legal battles do not have to be.

The McVeagh Fleming team is experienced, pragmatic, and focused on achieving timely and cost-effective resolutions to civil disputes. We work closely with clients to understand their objectives and tailor a strategy that is proportionate, practical, and aligned with their desired outcome.

Civil disputes
Civil disputes often require specialist legal advice and a sound understanding of court processes. McVeagh Fleming’s litigation team has strong procedural knowledge and uses the legal system strategically to pursue the best available outcome for our clients as efficiently as possible.

Mediation and arbitration
We recognise that litigation can be costly, time-consuming, and stressful. Where appropriate, we actively pursue resolution through mediation or arbitration and encourage constructive engagement between parties to reach an early and commercially sensible settlement. If a negotiated outcome is not possible, we are well equipped to represent clients through formal court proceedings.
