Being recognised across both firm and individual categories is something we are particularly proud of.
Our Mid-size Law Firm of the Year nomination reflects a period of continued evolution for McVeagh Fleming, with a focus on connecting clients with expertise across the firm, investing in our people and future leaders, strengthening collaboration, and embracing innovation responsibly.
Our Family & Relationship Property team has been recognised following a year of work across complex relationship property, parenting, trust, estate and appellate matters. The team is also ranked First Tier in Doyle’s Guide 2026 and maintains a strong commitment to access to justice through Legal Aid work, Lawyer for Child appointments and representation of vulnerable clients and families.
A special congratulations goes to Kelly Angell, finalist for Legal Executive of the Year. An Associate and Registered Legal Executive with 16 years’ property law experience, Kelly provides the day-to-day leadership and operational drive of our Manukau residential conveyancing practice. Alongside managing her own client portfolio, she supervises junior team members, develops longstanding client and referrer relationships and contributes to community initiatives across South Auckland.
These nominations reflect the contribution of people right across McVeagh Fleming and the trust our clients place in us.
