Amy Cheng

Amy advises clients on a range of commercial, property and dispute resolution matters. She has particular experience assisting business owners and individuals with commercial transactions, including franchise purchases and business arrangements, and provides practical advice to help clients manage risk and achieve their objectives.

Her property practice includes advising on residential and commercial property transactions, as well as resolving issues arising from sale and purchase agreements, contractual disputes and compensation claims. Amy also assists clients with dispute resolution matters, helping them navigate conflicts efficiently and effectively.

Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2013, Amy is known for her pragmatic approach and ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, straightforward terms.
