Things to know

We are offering a Free will and EPA – as we are providing these on the basis that this is an essential service, we are restricted to simple wills and EPA without special conditions.

Required information deadline - Any information we require needs to be provided to us no later than Monday 18 November in order to draft and finalise documents ahead of the meeting.

EPA documentation - We require written confirmation from a GP or other medical professionals note confirming note confirming that the person has capacity to make a will and Enduring Powers of Attorney. This needs to be dated within 1 month prior to the meeting.

Conflicts - In some circumstances we cannot provide EPAs (where we have a conflict because we have previously acted for the person you wish to be your attorney or successor attorney). If this is the case we will let you know your options ahead of the meeting.
Fill in the form below with your preference of date & time.

Time preference - Please be aware that we are doing our best to help as many people as possible, so your timeslot preference selection is an indication of your preference only. We will do our best to fit everyone in and will be in contact ahead of time to confirm a timeslot.

Parking for the session - Your 30min session will be located at our Manukau office:

Level 2, Van Den Brink House
652 Great South Road, Manukau City 2241.

There are marked 'McVeagh Fleming' carparks in front of the entrance that you can use.
