Jackie was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2003. Prior to this, Jackie completed her LLB and Bachelor of Social Science in politics and psychology which included study at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
Jackie joined the litigation team in 2006 after gaining two years of valuable experience at a specialised family law firm in Auckland.
Jackie works with Peter Fuscic on a full range of family law matters and in particular, relationship property agreements, in our Auckland Office.
Jackie has worked in the litigation teams at both North Harbour and Auckland Offices and has recently returned following maternity leave. Jackie has six years' experience advising on relationship property settlement, parenting/guardianship disputes and domestic violence matters. Jackie is expanding her case load and can assist in all family litigation areas.
Exploring and adventuring with our three children, who love to bike ride, swim and run our Husky cross dog ragged! Other interests include bush walking, running, being on the Board of Trustees for Eastern Suburbs Montessori Primary School, grabbing a good book or movie and spending time with family and friends.
