About

I work with clients in three areas:

  • Family Law – advice and representation in all areas of family law including relationship property (helping people to protect their assets at the start of a relationship or to divide their assets at the end), care of children, protection of personal property rights, and domestic violence.
  • Employment Law – advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious issues, from drafting and negotiating employment agreements through to advising as to rights and obligations in dealing with situations that arise within the employment relationship, to appearing alongside them in Court.
  • Criminal and Traffic Matters – advice on what to do at any stage of criminal proceedings from providing a statement through to sentencing and work licences.
  • I try to remove as much stress as possible by offering clear, pragmatic advice based on my experience to get the best outcomes for clients.

If you choose to work with me I’ll give you direct, positive advice about what you should do and the reasons why. My strong grasp of legal principles and commitment to staying up-to-date mean you will get good advice from the outset, increasing your chances of an early result that you are happy with, or can live with.

If you want to work with a lawyer who will look to remove your stress by unravelling the issues, breaking them down and resolving them, then I can help. Clients say I take ‘prompt action’ and that my advice is ‘clear and thorough’.
