About

Leanne helps first home buyers through to developers, and everyone in between, with residential and commercial conveyancing and subdivision work, wills and estates, trusts and succession planning issues.

She has also helped a number of overseas investors (particularly from Singapore) purchase investment property in New Zealand.

Leanne was brought up in a small coastal Northland community, studied in Hamilton and has lived in Auckland since 2004 so she feels that she relates well to a variety of people from different backgrounds.  Leanne always aims to put her clients at ease by explaining things in a way they are able to understand, both verbally and in writing.

If you choose to work with Leanne, you will find she is open, honest and up front.  She will keep you as informed and involved as you would like to be. Leanne will make sure she understands your circumstances, needs and how you want to get the deal done.  She will then provide you with options but will tell you what she believes is the best course of action, and why.

Leanne is a ‘hands on’ person and is always approachable and available for her clients. Because each client has different needs she adapts her approach accordingly.  For example, she visits her elderly clients in their homes. Whatever your needs, you can trust that she will do her best for you.

If you have needs outside Leanne's area of expertise, her strong network of other professionals means she can refer you to someone who will be able to help.

Outside Interests

Leanne enjoys spending time with family and friends.  She plays hockey for Mt Eden in winter, and has joined a social summer team along with some of her clients.  Leanne also likes walking and reading and has recently joined a book club.

Examples of Transactions

  • Reviewing clients’ personal or company affairs. This includes working with their accountant to set up their succession planning: ensuring their affairs are in order and that the best structure is in place for their circumstances.
  • Acted for an Auckland property developer on a subdivision resulting in 42 new titles and, subsequently, acted on the sale of these properties to various purchasers.
  • Drafted multiple documents for sale and purchase of land/property to be subdivided or built on, designed to protect our clients.
