Josh is a commercial property lawyer with a particular focus on property development, unit title development, subdivisions and assisting bodies corporate with a whole raft of issues under the unit titles legislation including providing legal advice on completing unit title redevelopments. Josh also advises clients on a regular basis in relation to general property conveyancing, establishing and maintaining family trusts, commercial leasing work and estate planning including the preparation of wills.
His primary focus is to assist clients in reaching their goals in the most efficient, pragmatic and cost-effective way. Josh prides himself on being open and transparent with everything he does right from explaining the work involved in any given job right through to the legal costs involved in completing the job and attaining the end goal.
When Josh is not at work, he loves to get involved in nearly any sport he can (with a particular focus on tennis and golf) and he tries to get to the gym as often as he can. Like most Kiwis, he has a real love for food and wine. He lives with his childhood sweetheart, and now wife.
