Craig has acquired considerable experience and expertise in many aspects of commercial litigation including contractual and property disputes, and enforcement of securities.
Craig also has experience in the field of construction law having represented clients in Court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
in the course of disputes arising from construction contracts.
Craig has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Craig served in the New Zealand Army for eight years in the Regular Army, until January 1990, and a further six years in the Territorial
Army, in both cases as an artillery officer.
